"I live in dry Montana with large pores and oily, 30yo skin that gets dry in the winter. This night cream totally solved my acne issues (along with a neutral cleanser (burts bees skin balancing), gel day moisturizer (versed), and spot treatment (any benzoyl peroxide)) while keeping my face hydrated. I've been using it for a couple years now and won't be switching ever!"

Timely delivery was clearly critical and explained to customer service. Unfortunately, despite reaching out multiple times, I did not receive clear confirmation that the order would arrive on time. To make matters worse, I am still waiting for my refund, and customer service has now completely stopped responding to my emails. Overall, the lack of communication, unresolved refund, and being ignored by customer support have made this a very disappointing experience"
"I really wanted to love this product, but it does something really weird after it dries. It dries in clumps and I can pull it off of my skin like a mask. I do like that it’s moisturizing without further clogging my pores, and it doesn’t irritate my skin. However, once I put it on I do catch myself looking in a mirror often to make sure I don’t have white clumps on my face."
