IMAGE Skincare Accessibility Policy
Here are some of the items we’ve addressed to make sure our website is as easy to use as possible for all visitors:
IMAGE Skincare is committed to accessibility, diversity and inclusion. We believe all visitors should be able to easily shop IMAGE Skincare. Our consumers should be able to fully and completely access and use IMAGE Skincare’s online content, including websites, mobile sites and all digital offerings. This is an ongoing commitment, and we will continue our efforts to effectively communicate with our consumers to ensure our website is accessible to, and usable by, all persons including those with disabilities.
We endeavor to design, create and update digital content that conforms to applicable accessibility laws and regulations. To fulfill this promise, we aim to adhere as closely as possible to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG 2.1) at the AA level, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide array of disabilities. Complying with those guidelines helps us provide a site that is accessible to all people, from the blind to the motor impaired.
How do we accomplish our goals?
We set high standards for web accessibility and constantly strive to ensure we’re in compliance with all laws and guidelines. Our team is dedicated to making all of our online experiences the best they can be, and we collaborate with advocacy groups, industry partners and vendors to identify areas that need improvement.
- The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines(WCAG) 2.1 Level AA are recognized and acknowledged as the international standard measure of success. We regularly test our site to ensure we meet or exceed that standard.
- We’re always learning. We consistently look for improvements in usability, speed and accessibility.
Steps we've taken to improve accessibility:
- Site Structure — We use appropriate headings, lists, paragraphs and other formatting features on imageskincare.com so that visitors can easily use the site with assistive technology.
- Text Equivalents — People who either can't see images or hear audio may need some form of a text equivalent to interact with our sites. We’re working to ensure all of our images and multimedia are fully accessible through alternative text, captions and transcripts.
- Full Keyboard Access — Everything we build can be accessed using a keyboard.
- accessiBe – We provide free of charge to consumers the assistive tool provided by accessiBe (https://accessibe.com). For consumers who have trouble typing, gesturing, moving a mouse, or reading, his auxiliary aid incorporates tools such as font handling, color handling, animations, content highlighting, audio muting, and more.We welcome feedback on your experience on this site. IMAGE Skincare and accessiBe
IMAGE Skincare is committed to creating an inclusive experience for people with disabilities by partnering with accessiBe.
accessiBe was planned, designed and developed in collaboration with people who have various disabilities: blindness, epilepsy, cognitive dysfunctions, and more. This is to ensure that our website not only complies with the law but also that it's an ideal solution for those who need it.

Who is it for?
accessiBe's technology covers a wide range of disabilities, diseases and various disorders. The system itself was developed in close cooperation with disabled people from a wide range of fields, so that accessiBe saw with their own eyes, throughout the development, how different people with different problems surf the Internet, what their difficulties were, and how accessiBe could help and support them. Based on this information, accessiBe developed all the system's features, including the entire technological and conceptual line that leads to the nature of its activities. accessiBe is primarily to assist people who have the following disabilities and even more:
- Full or partial blindness, using screen reading software such as NVDA or JAWS.
- Motor disabilities such as joint injuries, limb amputations and more.
- Parkinson's disease (shaking hands - inability to use the mouse).
- Epilepsy (seizures when flashing animations are running).
- Seniors (With a wide variety of possible disabilities).
- Cognitive disabilities such as memory disorders, dyslexia, people who've been through a stroke, and more.
- Various visual impairments such as color blindness, cataracts, glaucoma, and more.
How does it work?
accessiBe allows users to personally customize navigation and orientation (screen reading software, image descriptions, forms, keyboard navigation, virtual typing, etc.), text display (titles, paragraphs, links, etc.) and adjusting the display itself (size, color, contrast, animations, etc.). Additionally, the system supports 8 different languages: English, French, Spanish, German, Hebrew, Arabic, Russian and Italian, and allows visitors to "arrange" it in a way that suits them (right or left, small or large view).
