Only purchase IMAGE Skincare from authorized sellers. Here’s why it matters.

Sometimes IMAGE Skincare products appear on unauthorized websites and marketplaces, and not through any action on our part. These products are often acquired without our knowledge or consent, and we have no visibility into how they’ve been stored, handled, or sourced. Products sold by unauthorized sellers may be counterfeit, expired, tampered with, or otherwise compromised, and IMAGE Skincare cannot support, replace, or be responsible for them.

As a professional skincare brand, IMAGE products are developed through rigorous clinical testing and formulated with active ingredients that require proper handling and storage to perform. When a product leaves our authorized supply chain, we lose the ability to ensure it meets the standards you expect and deserve. Unauthorized products may be counterfeit, with fake formulations in copied packaging containing unknown or potentially harmful ingredients. They may be expired, making active ingredients ineffective or unsafe. They may have been improperly stored, as heat, light, and humidity all degrade skincare formulations and we cannot verify conditions outside our supply chain. They may also be tampered with, meaning repackaged, diluted, or otherwise altered from their original form.
