- In partnership with the Corporate Sales Office, identify and execute strategies to educate and obtain sales orders from dermatologists, plastic surgeons, spas; medical spas, and licensed Estheticians.
- Meet with clients and prospects face-to-face at least 4 days per week to grow sales, facilitate training and handle service needs.
- Identify and recommend new customer accounts and provide exceptional service and support to existing accounts for the purpose of taking sales orders.
- Provide ongoing product and skincare training for the purpose of soliciting sales orders.
- Support accounts with brand positioning and merchandising materials provided from Corporate.
- Be the face of Image, demonstrating professionalism, Image brand expertise, as well as proactive contact and support of the territory.
Duties and responsibilities
- Must be enthusiastic and motivated by sales and prospecting
- Embraces the notion of being a “road warrior” and travel daily throughout the territory to meet clients
- Enjoys the "hunt" of prospecting and able to produce outstanding results to grow the business
- Partner with RM & Corporate to strategize
- Participate in monthly, quarterly and annual planning with Corporate
- Meet and exceed sales order targets in assigned territory
- Utilize Salesforce and any other required tools as instructed
- Identify potential growth areas, identify and recommend new accounts to Corporate
- Prospect territory and grow existing business
- Achieve scorecard goals and targets
- Provide outstanding service to all accounts and prospective accounts
- Demonstrate expert product and ingredient knowledge
- Prepare and conduct training and educational seminars for the purpose of soliciting sales orders
- Participate in new hire training, corporate and regional sales meetings, new product training seminars and trade shows
- Frequent travel within assigned Territory – 80%+ of the time; some travel to regional and corporate office events
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Current Esthetic License preferred
- Medical aesthetic sales experience with pre-existing relationships within assigned territory preferred
- Knowledge of Image Skincare (experience with brand preferred)
- Live in major city - or not more than 30 minutes from major city in the territory
- Dependable transportation required (note that forms of transportation other than driving must be comparable in terms of travel time and cost to the company)
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in quota driven role with preference given to experience in dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales
- Must have a substantial book of business within the specific territory to leverage for Image
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge utilizing CRM systems, such as Salesforce
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand market opportunities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to thrive in a highly driven culture that is performance based, fast paced, and results oriented
- Must always maintain a high degree of integrity and be highly ethical
- Must live in specific territory. This is not a remote position.

Campaign Development & Execution
Plan, create, and execute impactful email campaigns for our D2C and B2B Klaviyo channels that align with brand goals, promotional priorities, and key initiatives. Collaborate with the creative team by providing clear and comprehensive briefing emails to ensure cohesive and effective campaign assets.
Email Calendar Management
Develop and maintain a detailed email marketing calendar for our D2C and B2B Klaviyo channels to ensure the timely execution of campaigns, launches, and brand projects.
Audience Segmentation & Personalization
Utilize audience segmentation and personalization strategies for each of our Klaviyo channels to improve email relevance, engagement, and performance.
Scheduling & Deployment
Implement efficient scheduling and deployment processes for each of our Klaviyo channels to ensure all campaigns are delivered within optimal timeframes to maximize engagement.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Regularly analyze email performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, for our D2C and B2B Klaviyo channels. Provide in-depth performance reports that highlight trends, benchmark campaigns, and identify opportunities for optimization. Use insights to refine overall email marketing strategies, including KPI updates and competitive performance benchmarking.
A/B Testing & Campaign Optimization
Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, content, and design elements to consistently enhance engagement, performance, and effectiveness across our D2C and B2B Klaviyo channels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work collaboratively with creative, product, and marketing teams to ensure messaging alignment and consistency across all brand touchpoints for our D2C and B2B Klaviyo channels.
Database Management
Perform routine database cleaning and maintenance for each of our Klaviyo channels to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
List Integration for Paid Ads
Regularly update and manage email lists for use in paid ad targeting strategies to enhance audience reach and effectiveness.
Technical Expertise
Familiarity with API integrations to support advanced email marketing capabilities is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
• Experience: 2-5 years in email marketing or digital marketing, with a preference for candidates with expertise in the skincare, beauty, or lifestyle industries. That includes experience in managing more than one Klaviyo account to demonstrate adaptability and comprehensive platform knowledge.
• Proficiency in Klaviyo: Hands-on experience managing campaigns, segmentation, and analytics within Klaviyo is a must.
• Organizational Skills: Strong calendar and scheduling management capabilities, ensuring all campaigns are executed with precision and timeliness.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for editing email templates is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in execution, ensuring technical and content-related errors are minimized.

This position reports directly to the VP of Global Events and helps support and enhance the organization’s event services department by carrying out directives given. The Events Manager is expected to have a passion for special events, the ability to translate an event vision into reality, have the highest standards and exceptional attention to detail.
Duties and responsibilities
· Oversees all aspects of setting up in-house Corporate Events.
· Assists in the operation of large scale corporate events: Sales Meetings, Summits, Launch Parties, Partnership Events and Tradeshows. This will include handling nametags, materials, notebooks, packages, gift bags, registration lists, seating cards, venues, travel, vendors, and other large and small details.
· Responsible for booking travel arrangements for large and small scale events.
· Maintain events warehouse, ensuring it is organized and clean; maintain inventory list; order, receive and events warehouse items as needed. Deploy to event venues as needed.
· Work closely with Warehouse to coordinate availability of any marketing materials, collateral, products, packaging, etc. as needed for events.
· Serve as a liaison with all current vendors. Responsible for out-sourcing vendors and requesting proposals.
· Coordinate and monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
· Keep track of event purchases, receipts and invoices.
· Prepare event debrief reports and coordinate follow up.
· Support events department by researching for new event opportunities.
· Propose new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process.
· Other duties assigned.
Qualifications
· College degree preferred or equivalent experience
· 2-4 years of special events coordinating experience; including venue management and travel arrangements.
· Excellent communication skills, including writing, proof reading skills, and speaking.
· Effective team player: ability to work closely and effectively with Sales, Marketing, Education, the Executive Office, the Warehouse, and any internal / external parties as required.
· Highly organized. Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and work assignments.
· Able to work under stress, problem solve and execute under tight deadlines; 24/7 mentality.
· Excellent negotiations skills. Assertive, able to influence others to get things done.
· Proficient using the Web to conduct research, event administration and procurement; proficient with the latest versions of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
· Ability to accomplish projects with little supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

The Medical Account Sales Representative is a dynamic, hybrid-role professional responsible for both prospecting and opening new accounts (medspas and physician offices) (60%) and supporting existing medical accounts with annual sales under $3,000 nationwide (40%) . This role combines new business development with account management to drive revenue growth, foster client relationships, and transition accounts to field sales representatives once they reach the $5,000 annual sales threshold. Key Responsibilities
New Account Prospecting & Development (60%):
- Identify, research, and cold-call prospective medspas and physician offices to introduce Image Skincare.
- Conduct needs assessments to tailor solutions and close initial sales.
- Secure opening orders and onboard new accounts with training and support.
- Achieve new account acquisition targets as set by management.
Existing Account Management (40%) :
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing medical accounts nationwide with annual sales under $3,000.
- Provide ongoing support, including product education, reorder facilitation, and troubleshooting.
- Develop strategies to increase account sales to reach the $5,000 threshold for transition to Business Development Manager.
