- Hi!! I'm wondering if someone can help with a query please. My almost 11 year old daughter is beginning to break out..she has some blackheads too around her nose. Would it be ok to use the CLEAR CELL salicylic clarifying pads on her? Or would this be too harsh for her skin? Thanks
- Hello Donna! We would advise trying the Ormedic Line first before the Clear Cell Line. If you prefer the Clear Cell line, it would be best to consult with a pediatrician prior to use.
- Can I use these on bikini area after brazilian wax?
- We would advise against using this product in that area, as it has not been tested on sensitive areas of the body.
- I bought the acne treatment pads and when I opened them there is brown moldy stuff in the seal that you peel off. Is this normal?
- We do see this with almost all units of the Clear Cell Pads, some more prevalent than others based on time and how much interaction occurs between the salicylic/glycolic acid and the foil seal. This could occur during filling and/or if the product is inverted during shipping or being stored which is most likely to occur. The spots are not the result of microbial contamination as these are tested frequently. We use a foil seal because it is highly protective against product evaporation, but that same seal will show the interaction of the acid over time as it is exposed to the acid or the evaporation of. The product is safe to use.
- Are these made for daily use or just as the breakouts occur? Can I use nightly pre putting on the vitamin c night mask?
- Yes, you can use this daily before the Vital C Overnight Masque. However, if excessive drying occurs please change to every other night or up to 3 times a week.
