This targeted daily treatment with 5% benzoyl peroxide penetrates pores to clear most acne blemishes. It treats existing acne blemishes while preventing future acne blemishes, blackheads and whiteheads from forming. The lightweight, non-comedogenic formula blends seamlessly into the skin for use under makeup.

HOW TO USE

Apply to cleansed skin every morning and evening. If bothersome dryness, irritation or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day. Skin irritation and dryness is more likely to occur if you use another topical acne medication at the same time. If irritation occurs, use only one acne medication at a time. If going outside, use a sunscreen product like Prevention+. If irritation or sensitivity develop, stop use of both products. Do not use this product if you have very sensitive skin or are sensitive to benzoyl peroxide.

Avoid contact with hair and dyed fabrics which may be bleached by this product.

This acne treatment product targets existing acne blemishes and should be used as-needed alongside your customized IMAGE regimen. Apply to cleansed skin on affected areas morning or evening, then apply your serum of choice. Allow to absorb completely. Don’t forget DAILY PREVENTION SPF during the day. Use a repair crème at night to nourish the skin while you sleep.

Helped With My Acne Significantly As A 22-Year-Old

"I have struggled with acne since I was 14 and no matter what I tried nothing stuck, only provided a temporary solution that would make my skin break out again after a few months. When I was 19 I was recommended this product and decided to try it although I had no expectations as nothing has ever worked for my acne before. I'm writing this review because I really hope Image Skincare never stops making this product with this formula because it has transformed my skin within 2 months and thus far. I'm 22 now and have been using this product for many years, and I no longer have chronic cystic acne and pustules (whenever I run out of the lotion and can't use it until I get a new one I notice them coming back within a week or so, it is a topical product after all), only papules and I can't believe my face doesn't hurt anymore. Skincare is only one part of taking care of a skin condition such as acne, but I can't describe how much this lotion has helped me clear my skin and gain confidence in my appearance. This product is definitely not on the affordable side, but so worth it that the only thing I can mark off is the high price tag. I tried switching to cheaper benzoyl peroxide products but so far nothing comes close."

Is this a moisturizer ?: No, this is recommended to use as a spot treatment or to treat a certain area of acneic breakouts. If you are looking for a moisturizer for oily & acneic skin, please see the Clear Cell Mattifying Moisturizer.
How long do you need to wait to apply a moisturizer after using the clear cell acne lotion: We would recommend actually using the moisturizer first, waiting until it dries down into the skin and then apply the Clear Cell Clarifying Acne Lotion on top. We would recommend waiting 10-12 minutes and then applying this product on top.
