disappointed in quantity of product. Deceiving

"I love this product! Yet very disappointed in the amount of product in what appears to be a full container. It's not a full container! Its a small amount at the top. Plus, most of the time the pump didn't work properly. The container is deceiving. You think you're getting a full jar and its expensive. Don't get me wrong! I have spent thousands of of dollars here and I've referred quite a few people. I've been a very loyal customer. Considering switching to Alastin. Sad :( I have photos available."

So hard to pump out

"Once I was able to get some of the lotion pumped into my hand the lotion felt amazing on my skin. But it's extremely hard to pump into your hand or finger. The pump part is to shallow and short. The container is cute and compact. The feeling of the lotion was smooth and went on nice. You can feel it on your skin for a minute but then it dissipates. Made my skin feel extremely soft afterwards. I received this product for free for my honest review."
