Position Overview:

The Shopify Developer leads the design and implementation of ecommerce Shopify Plus solutions for IMAGE Skincare web and mobile sites. This technical position will be responsible for ensuring IMAGE Skincare's e-commerce sites support business objectives, run seamlessly, process data accurately, perform well, and are maintained and secured to current technology standards. The Shopify Developer will be a member of IMAGE Skincare's Information Technology team and will work closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and service providers. This position reports to the Director of Ecommerce Technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for assigned Shopify Plus related projects, maintenance, and support.
  • Interface with internal stakeholders, IT, and technical service providers to define scope and requirements, design system changes, estimate level of effort, develop and implement projects according to scope, budget and timeline.
  • Maintain awareness of current technology standards, releases, and emerging trends in Ecommerce and in Shopify Plus administration and development.
  • Design solutions to business problems using native functionality of Shopify Plus or commercially available Shopify Apps. Leverage Shopify Plus features, Apps, and custom development to automate business processes in support of customer self-service and ecommerce innovation.
  • Maintain system and operational documentation for Shopify Plus.
  • Evaluate, configure, implement and document new business features to support internal stakeholder business requirements.
  • Design and execute testing scenarios for new feature implementation.
  • Improve Shopify Plus data integrity, automation and accuracy in automating business processes, working to harmonize the data with other systems.
  • Upgrade, maintain, support, and refresh the Shopify Plus environments using standard IT environment management best practices.
  • Monitor and investigate ecommerce analytics for changes in performance and usability, such as page load times, bounce rate, conversion, etc.
  • Work with the Digital and Marketing teams to increase revenue and conversion rate, prioritizing changes to drive highest revenue and improve critical ecommerce KPIs.
  • Work with UX designers to ensure website functionality adheres to design specifications and maximizes ease of use across all browsers and device types.
  • Evaluate, test and implement Shopify Plus and related software maintenance releases and security patches according to vendors' system maintenance guidelines.
  • Evaluate compatibility of new releases with existing integrated systems and extensions.
  • Security Administration: Create and manage users, profiles, roles, and permission sets in Shopify Plus.
  • Perform unit, system, user acceptance and performance testing on all production releases.
  • Promote changes from non-production environments to production, following documented change management policy and standards.
  • Research and resolve Shopify Plus issues with data processing, performance, and accessibility.
  • Participate in Shopify Plus roadmap development to include upgrades, extensions, and native Shopify Plus feature implementations.
  • Maintain awareness of current security best practices and proactively implement security standards to comply with evolving regulations and best practices.
  • Perform data modeling, data mapping, data transformation and data standardization to ensure integrity of data fields, processing accuracy and compliance with Shopify Plus best practices.
  • Customize meta fields and page layouts according to defined user and system requirements.
  • Monitor Shopify system events and escalate support issues that affect IMAGE operations.
  • Troubleshoot escalated issues with Shopify Plus and provide after hours on-call and implementation support as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5 Plus years of Shopify Plus administration and web development and deployment in a large, complex systems environment.
  • Experience administering and developing large-scale Shopify Plus solutions with over 20,000 online customers.
  • Platforms: Shopify Plus. Integration with enterprise-level add-ons. Experience with integration systems, and SAP B1 a plus.
  • Hands-on experience developing and customizing Shopify Plus themes and templates.
  • Expert knowledge of Shopify themes, APIs, data structures, Liquid and UX customization.

The Senior Manager of Integrated Communications is responsible for building and developing the strategy and delivering awareness and recognition through successful and disruptive partnership efforts. These efforts can include PR communication in media relations, social media, events, and general marketing and communication activities to research, vet and secure KOLs for various launches, activations, partnerships, and brand initiatives, as well as help create specific strategies for our influencer network, esthetician business community, and VIPs. Candidate will execute integrated marketing campaigns and projects to the highest standard, working with influencers and KOLs across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube and in relevant press opportunities.

 

The Senior Manager serves a significant role supporting the Senior Director, marketing, creative and social media team. The role will manage requests, editorial and influencer product pulls, and will manage the day-to-day relationship with key opinion leaders in the industry. Will have extensive knowledge and experience in developing briefs to produce high-value, co-created content with power-house and top tier talent as well as facilitating campaigns that work with micro and nano influencers. Will be experienced in negotiating terms and drawing up contractual agreements and managing timelines, while also bringing strong analytical skills that will feed back into strategic plans for campaigns. This role requires exceptional relationship management skills with individuals, agency talent houses, artistry agencies, and more.

 

The position will support the Senior Director and be a day-to-day liaison for the PR Agency to scale media efforts including but not limited to product awards, product mentions, founder features, targeted media placements, and more. Candidate will work with Digital Marketing to support paid social media and media purchasing with top tier publishing houses as necessary. Additionally, position will manage Influencer Marketing Strategist to guide in strategy, selection, and contracting.

DIRECTOR OF SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT & NEW PRODUCTS

Position Summary:

This hands-on position is responsible for performing a variety of supply chain-oriented functions i.e. to lead and execute optimization projects, demand forecasting, reporting and analysis of supply chain-oriented data. Additionally, this position is the key focal point and supply chain representative for new product introductions, providing insight into supply chain requirements and planning with respect to new product launches. As such this position will program manage and ensure the timely launch of new products and other supply chain related programs.

 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Create, analyze, and maintain relevant reports pertaining to data analytics.
  • Programs manage and achieve required timelines for SC projects and new product introductions.
  • o Anticipate problems and build contingency plans as required to keep programs on schedule.
  • Closely coordinate and communicate with external partners, vendors, laboratories to obtain the latest status on projects and action plans.
  • Develop demand forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning function.
  • Use and maintain the Demand Planning software and tools as the primary forecasting system source.
  • Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.
  • Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Sales, Marketing and Finance to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts.
  • Provide input to the Supply Planning organization in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs.
  • Support, document and manage product specification changes.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to evaluate and guide business strategy.
  • Introduce new metrics and report on existing KPIs that highlight opportunities for improvements to supply chain performance.
  • Anticipate, escalate, and act on Supply Chain issues that threaten business continuity.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have exceptional analytical skills, be a strong communicator and an effective collaborator with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Demonstrated proficiency in Program management and execution, supply chain engineering activities, statistics, and forecasting. Expert capability with Supply Chain software packages as well as Windows, and Microsoft Office Excel. Strong knowledge of SAP or other software related to demand planning is preferred.

  • In partnership with the Corporate Sales Office, identify and execute strategies to educate and obtain sales orders from dermatologists, plastic surgeons, spas; medical spas, and licensed Estheticians
  • Meet with clients and prospects face-to-face at least 4 days per week to grow sales, facilitate training and handle service needs
  • Identify and recommend new customer accounts and provide exceptional service and support to existing accounts for the purpose of taking sales orders
  • Provide ongoing product and skincare training for the purpose of soliciting sales orders
  • Support accounts with brand positioning and merchandising materials provided from Corporate
  • Be the face of Image, demonstrating professionalism, Image brand expertise, as well as proactive contact and support of the territory

 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Must be enthusiastic and motivated by sales and prospecting
  • Embraces the notion of being a "road warrior" and travel daily throughout the territory to meet clients
  • Enjoys the "hunt" of prospecting and able to produce outstanding results to grow the business
  • Partner with RM & Corporate to strategize
  • Participate in monthly, quarterly and annual planning with Corporate
  • Meet and exceed sales order targets in assigned territory
  • Utilize Salesforce and any other required tools as instructed
  • Identify potential growth areas, identify and recommend new accounts to Corporate
  • Prospect territory and grow existing business
  • Achieve scorecard goals and targets
  • Provide outstanding service to all accounts and prospective accounts
  • Demonstrate expert product and ingredient knowledge
  • Prepare and conduct training and educational seminars for the purpose of soliciting sales orders
  • Participate in new hire training, corporate and regional sales meetings, new product training seminars and trade shows
  • Frequent travel within assigned Territory – 80%+ of the time; some travel to regional and corporate office events
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • Current Esthetic License preferred
  • Knowledge of Image Skincare (experience with brand preferred)
  • Live in major city - or not more than 30 minutes from major city in the territory
  • Dependable transportation and a valid driver's license required
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in quota driven role with preference given to experience in dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales
  • Must have a substantial book of business within the specific territory to leverage for Image
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge utilizing CRM systems, such as Salesforce
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand market opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to thrive in a highly driven culture that is performance based, fast paced, and results oriented
  • Must always maintain a high degree of integrity and be highly ethical
  • Medical aesthetic sales experience with pre-existing relationships within assigned territory preferred

Job Purpose

The Customer Care Representative is to offer exceptional customer support via phone, email, chat or text to customers who have questions, concerns or complaints as they relate to IMAGE Skincare and our products. It is the responsibility of the Customer Care Representative to be the voice of the brand and build a strong relationship with our accounts and customers

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Make a deliberate display of proficiency by being positive and with a proactive personality in every communication with our customers.
  • Support company directives to promote world class customer service and a skinspired attitude.
  • Develop strong customer relationships through proper responses to customers through phone, e-mail, text and chat.
  • Educate and promote monthly specials.
  • Offer consultative sales approach.
  • Manage the resolution process for all customer related issues received via incoming phone calls, e-mail or text.
  • Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues.
  • Ensure management is aware of escalated account issues.
  • Help identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction.
  • Maintain proficiency in using computer systems, phone systems and other common office equipment and software.
  • Follow company policies and procedures as it relates to all customer service and sales processes.
  • Follow company Employee Handbook policies.
  • Esthetic licensed individuals required to maintain active license in the State of Florida.
  • Adhere to assigned schedule start, end, break and lunch times.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude always with customers, co-workers and management staff.
  • Assist in outbound call campaigns.
  • Provide assistance in order entry for Rep, tradeshow , web or event orders.
  • Support on outbound call Campaigns.
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.

 

Pay Structure and Requirements

  • Meet upsell requirement of $350 per day.
  • Attain an 80% or higher passing QA phone audit score.
  • Complete cases within 24 hours of assignment.
  • Answer 40 or more calls per day.
  • 240 mins of talk time per day (unless assigned project out if the queue).
  • All e-mail correspondence must be answered with 24 hours.
  • Two 15 min breaks paid.
  • 1 hour lunch (non-paid).
  • Follow up on open cases and pending orders until resolved.
  • Document and log every call in the salesforce CRM.
  • Assist on web/trade show or event orders as needed.
  • Hourly pay in accordance with company pay policies.
  • Annual performance and salary evaluation.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Sales Force software.
  • Knowledge of phone systems software.

 

Qualifications

  • Licensed Florida Esthetician.
  • Minimum of 2 years customer service/admin/tele-sales experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Must have strong selling to customer needs ability.
  • Must have exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Must be able to work weekends periodically throughout the year.
  • Career oriented with a positive energetic attitude.
  • Be comfortable using multiple computer programs including online database and internet-based systems.

 

Physical requirements

  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Ability to move around the call center floor periodically throughout the day.
